  1. I made this up yesterday, too, and it was brutal… but I did 3min active recovery each round, as that's what was posted on the CFD blog on Monday… now I feel like a slacker!

    tonight's looks even better (and by better I mean much much worse).

  2. It was brutal! It was all that I could do to hold on the last three reps, and time seemed to sloooooow. Don't feel like a slacker. I couldn't have rowed any harder or faster if I had rested 3 instead of 2 minutes. I'm doing tonight's WOD tomorrow.
